Part chef knife, part cleaver, this hybrid is the must-have tool of choice for those who prep meat!

The knife is made of High Quality Alloy X50CrMoV15 | 4116, ensuring an ultra sharp edge with excellent wear and stain resistance. It is perfectly balanced with a razor sharp blade and maximum resilience. Hand sharpened 15 degrees per side.

Handle base is made with 50% recycled Ocean Bound Plastic.

Some of our items with plastic parts, e.g. the handles of our knives, we use 50% Ocean Bound Plastic instead of virgin Polypropylene.
